Job Title: Solicitor or Senior Associate

We are seeking ambitious Senior Associates and Solicitors to join our growing Brisbane office.

Our projects, energy & infrastructure (PEI) team is at the forefront of complex matters in Australia, working across multiple sectors.

The PEI practice works across the full life cycle of energy and infrastructure projects, comprising 5 partners with extensive experience in advising on major infrastructure assets and transactions.

  • Key responsibilities:
  • Advising clients on complex infrastructure projects, asset transactions, and procurements
  • Providing legal and commercial advice on project delivery models, including construction agreements
  • Supporting clients in navigating strategic procurement and bidding consortia
  • Assisting clients in developing business cases and risk assessments

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience in energy and/or infrastructure project delivery, procurement, or asset transactions
  • Excellent academic record, strong legal skills, and practical mindset
  • First-class attention to detail and ability to comprehend intricate legal matters
  • Proactive approach and desire to be an integral member of our leading team
  • Ability to work effectively within tight timeframes, collaboratively and autonomously
  • Hunger to learn, develop, and contribute to maintaining a market-leading practice
