We are seeking a seasoned Fleet Solutions Manager to oversee the provision of fleet solutions, manage internal customer relationships, and lead the program of fleet modernisation.

The successful candidate will be accountable for developing and executing fleet strategies that enhance operational efficiency, driving adherence to safety, health and environment standards, and leading a team of professionals.

About the Role:

- Develop and execute fleet strategies to enhance operational efficiency
- Lead the program of fleet modernisation and integration of new technologies
- Manage internal customer relationships and strategic planning
- Drive adherence to safety, health and environment standards and transport regulations
- Implement sustainable fleet practices and eco-friendly technologies
- Lead a team of 24 fleet professionals

Key Skills and Qualifications:

- Previous design and implementation of fleet strategies and innovative technologies
- Experience leading large teams delivering fleet solutions and managing multiple priorities
- Strong understanding of regulations, compliance requirements and safety standards
- Experience dealing with external suppliers and consultants
- Strong business acumen and experience in managing financial budgets
