Leading Trauma-Informed Mental Health Services

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinical Psychologist to lead our multidisciplinary team in providing high-quality, trauma-informed inpatient programs for patients with dual diagnosis.
About the Role:
- To design, deliver, and evaluate evidence-based interventions that promote recovery and well-being for our patients.
- To provide clinical supervision, support, and consultation to clinical staff within the program.
- To conduct comprehensive clinical assessments, individual sessions, and group facilitations to achieve optimal treatment outcomes.
- To collaborate with psychiatrists, nursing staff, and allied health professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.
- To participate in service development and quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient experience and outcomes.
Requirements:
- A Registered Psychologist with AHPRA (Clinical endorsement) and Clinical Board-approved supervisor status.
- Strong understanding of trauma-informed care and treatment modalities suited to comorbidity.
- Proven leadership skills and ability to support and mentor a clinical team.
