Senior Case Manager – Trauma-Informed Services

This role involves leading a team of professionals to deliver high-quality, trauma-informed case management services to victim survivors.
- Maintain partnerships with local networks and regional family violence organizations.
- Evaluate compliance with risk assessment frameworks such as MARAM and FVISS.

Your Key Responsibilities:- Promote service innovation, staff development, and strategic leadership.
- Participate in an after-hours on-call roster for crisis response.
- You will have at least 5 years of experience in leadership and management roles within family violence services.
- A degree in Social Work or Counselling is required.
