**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a seasoned Residential Service Manager to lead our team in delivering exceptional care services.

As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for managing a team of nurses, personal carers, and support staff to provide outstanding care to residents.

The successful candidate will have a solid background in aged care, strong leadership skills, and experience coordinating care provision within a large team.

  • To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:
  1. Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent qualification;
  2. AHPRA registration (Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency);
  3. Experience in coordinating care provision within a large team;
  4. Ability to manage conflict, pressures, and competing priorities;
  5. Leadership, support, and mentorship skills.
