Concession Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and fashion-forward individual to join our team as a Concession Manager.
This role involves utilizing data insights to inform business decisions, coaching the team on product knowledge and customer service, and leading store operations excellence through effective stock management and loss prevention activities.
The successful candidate will have strong leadership skills, experience in managing teams, and the ability to build and maintain customer relationships. They will also possess a genuine passion for fashion and a professional personal presentation.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Coaching and providing regular feedback to your team on understanding products and delivering an exceptional store experience.
- Leading the team to deliver store operations excellence through effective stock management and loss prevention activities.
- Attracting, engaging, and retaining talent, building team capability and strong succession planning for the success of your store and the Group.
You will also be expected to:
- Role model CRG values to create and consistently build a team experience that encourages learning, ownership, and shared success.
- Understand the brand and business strategy and communicate to the team their part to play in delivering.
Requirements include:
- A genuine desire to be part of the Country Road Group and alignment with our CRG Values.
- Demonstrates a passion for fashion with a professional personal presentation.
- Strong leadership skills in delivering an exceptional customer and team experience.
