Retail Dual Site Concession Manager

We are looking for a Dual Site Concession Manager who connects with our vision and joins the conversation by launching our legacy, communicating our message and creating an elevated customer and team experience, within our Myer Marion Concession Pads.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR: Experience in a similar role, supervising teams of up 5 staff.
A supportive leader, with the ability to motivate and mentor a team to achieve success.
Demonstrated commercial acumen with an ability to assist driving sales, wage targets and shrinkage KPI's and in line with budgets.
An eye for detail, with a passion for styling and Visual Merchandising.
Exposure to large stock volumes and stock management.
