About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Accountant to join our dynamic team at True Alliance. As a key member of our finance department, you will play a crucial role in managing and analyzing financial data to ensure accuracy and compliance.

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating a range of tasks, including:

  • Assisting with the completion of the monthly Profit and Loss statement and balance sheet
  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, including the Australian Taxation Office (ATO), auditors, and ASICs
  • Managing fixed assets, inventory, and stocktake
  • Coordinating property costs and leasing arrangements
  • Preparing royalty reports and presenting to senior stakeholders
  • Ensuring adherence to established processes and procedures

In addition to these responsibilities, you will have the opportunity to work with a large and experienced team, utilizing leading-edge systems and processes to drive business improvement.

About You

We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual with a strong background in accounting and finance. The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification or be close to completion
  • At least 3 years' experience in accounting or business services
  • Strong management and coordination skills
  • Attention to detail and a methodical approach to work
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • High standards of customer service delivery
  • A team player with a 'can-do' attitude
  • A strong work ethic and dedicated approach
