Your Key Responsibilities- Oversee daily centre operations, including staffing, budgets, and parent communication.

- Prioritise child safety and well-being, adhering to policies and procedures.
- Maintain compliance with all regulations and standards.
- Acecqa-approved Diploma (or higher) in Early Childhood Education.
- At least 3 years of experience working in a licensed childcare centre or similar setting, including experience in a leadership role.
- A current Working with Blue Card.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team and manage priorities effectively.
