Lead Project Manager for Luxury Developments

We are seeking a skilled Lead Project Manager to oversee large-scale residential developments from early works to completion.

The ideal candidate will have experience managing complex stakeholder relationships and driving team outcomes.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Overseeing project delivery, reporting, and client communication
  • Managing internal teams, subcontractors, and consultants
  • Mentoring and developing project teams

Requirements:

8+ years' experience in construction delivery, with recent experience leading full lifecycle residential or commercial projects in Australia

Proven ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships and drive team outcomes

Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management, Engineering or similar

A confident leader who enjoys both the commercial and delivery sides of project work
