Job Description

At our Sales Centre, we connect holidaymakers with unforgettable experiences at over 50 destinations across Australia. Our hybrid role offers a balance of work and life, with opportunities to grow and progress.

We are seeking a key contact for guests who can take inbound calls and make reservations for holiday stays. As a vital part of the customer journey, you will play a significant role in ensuring our guests have an exceptional experience.

This is a hybrid role that combines office and remote work, with 2 days per week at our Gosford office and remaining days worked from home. We offer flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to cater to our guests' needs.

Position Details
  • This is a part-time role, requiring 25+ hours per week, with additional hours required during peak seasons and to cover staff on leave.
  • Initial 2-week full-time training at the Gosford office to equip you with the necessary skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Sales and exceptional customer service skills to ensure our guests have an exceptional experience.
  • Ability to multitask effectively while navigating computer systems and capturing accurate information.
  • Strong computer and typing skills, proficiency in MS Office, and confident in systems navigation.
  • Motivated, customer-focused, with excellent communication skills and a positive energy on calls.
