We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Payroll Solutions Expert to join our dynamic team. As a key member of the organization, you will play a critical role in ensuring accurate award profiling and coordinating award rebuilds with external software providers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to implement new payroll systems and provide guidance on process improvements.
  • Regularly audit payroll processes to ensure compliance relative to Enterprise Agreements, contracts of employment, and legislation.
  • Provide hands-on support with end-to-end pay runs and coordinate with stakeholders to resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of payroll analytics, time and attendance systems, reporting, and end-to-end payroll processes.

About You:

  • We seek a proactive and deadline-driven individual with a strong understanding of payroll operations, analytical skills, and experience working with payroll software.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Accounting, Human Resources, or related fields are preferred, along with 5+ years of experience in a similar role.
  • Knowledge of Enterprise Agreements & Awards is essential, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office suite of software.
