About the Role

We are seeking Full time, Part time and Casual Residential Support Workers to provide individualised therapeutic support for young people in our care. You will work alongside our clinical and casework team with children and young people at the forefront of all practice.

  • Support children/young people to achieve personal goals
  • Assist children/young people to build their personal resilience and navigate complex emotions and triggers
  • Support connection to family & culture
  • Encourage and aid participation in education & extracurricular activities to promote competence and stability in day-to-day life
  • Transport and daily care as required
