About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and charismatic individual to lead our marketing activities. As a Marketing Director, you will have significant experience in managing marketing functions in a relevant environment. You will be responsible for promoting Ipswich School to a wide range of audiences, leveraging your creativity, strategic thinking, and excellent communication skills.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the school's history, values, and mission, and be able to galvanize key stakeholders. You will be a strategic thinker, able to plan and deliver marketing campaigns that drive engagement and enrollment. Your leadership skills will be essential in building a high-performing marketing team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy to promote Ipswich School's brand and values.
  • Manage and lead a marketing team to achieve marketing objectives.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to ensure alignment with the school's overall strategy.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including parents, alumni, and the wider community.
  • Monitor and analyze marketing performance, making data-driven decisions to optimize marketing campaigns.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in marketing leadership roles, preferably in an educational setting.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles, including branding, communications, and campaign development.
