About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and charismatic Marketing Director to lead our marketing activities and promote Ipswich School to a wide range of audiences. As a key member of our senior leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive marketing strategy that showcases the school's unique strengths and values.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a marketing strategy that aligns with the school's overall vision and goals
  • Manage and maintain the school's brand identity and reputation
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop marketing materials and campaigns
  • Monitor and analyze marketing performance, making data-driven decisions to optimize results
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including parents, alumni, and the wider community

Requirements

  • Significant experience in marketing, sales, or customer care, preferably in a relevant education or charity sector
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing strategies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach
