Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Marine Site Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our project team, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of our marine projects.

Your primary focus will be on managing site operations, leading teams, and coordinating with clients to deliver high-quality results. You will work closely with our project managers to develop and implement project plans, monitor progress, and identify areas for improvement.

As a Marine Site Engineer, you will have a solid foundation in civil engineering, construction, or a related field, and you will be able to understand design plans and drawings. You will also possess excellent communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with subcontractors, local authorities, internal staff, and clients.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Tertiary education in civil engineering, construction, or a related field
  • Solid foundation of site-based experience across civil or marine packages
  • Ability to understand design, solve problems, learn, adapt, and continually challenge yourself
  • Well-developed communication skills and ability to build and maintain relationships with subcontractors, local authorities, internal staff, and clients
