We're on a mission to reduce food waste and make a positive impact on the planet.

The Challenge

It's shocking to learn that one-third of all food produced globally is wasted, resulting in 10% of greenhouse gas emissions. This issue affects our planet's health significantly.

We have developed a marketplace app that connects businesses with unsold surplus food to consumers at a discounted rate. As a certified B Corporation, we're committed to reducing food waste through education, business solutions, and legislation.

Your Role

You'll play a vital part in growing our presence in Australia and New Zealand as the leader of key accounts. Reporting to the country director, you'll oversee a senior team responsible for partnering with new grocery and foodservice chains and nurturing relationships with existing ones.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of experienced enterprise sales professionals, empowering them to deliver high-quality results.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve success with potential chains where our solutions add value.
  • Pitch and present our business and food waste proposition to partners.
  • Negotiate with enterprise customers to successful outcomes.
  • Manage key accounts, ensuring strong relationships and meeting business KPIs.
  • Support store rollouts at scale, working closely with the team and retailers.
Requirements
  • A background in commercial or network experience within the supermarket/grocery/technology sector or foodservice/restaurant sector.
  • Business development/sales skills, demonstrating an ability to create rapport and win business.
  • Leadership capabilities, working with a medium to large-sized team and delivering results.
  • Excellent communication and commercial acumen.
