We've already achieved impressive results: 111 million registered users, 237,000 active partners across 19 countries, and 410 million meals saved from being wasted - avoiding almost 1,009,000 tonnes of CO2e.
Key Objectives:We're looking for a skilled Account Manager to join our Melbourne team. You'll play a vital role in the growth of our Australian operations by developing and expanding partnerships with prominent retailers in the food and beverage industry.
Primary Responsibilities:- Develop strategies to enhance account performance and collaborate with retailers to increase store coverage and overall supply.
- Independently manage key chains, ensuring robust relationships and meeting business objectives.
- Build and maintain strong, sustainable relationships with partners, guaranteeing they receive the best possible experience.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for partners and coordinate internally with colleagues from other departments.
- Conduct research on new opportunities, learn about businesses, map stakeholders, and comprehend their decision-making processes.
- Presentation skills are essential: present our concept at trade or franchisee events, meetings, and exhibitions.
- Support the acquisition team in implementing new key accounts.
- Analyze and develop strategies for partnership further development.
- Generate and analyze reports for internal and external purposes.
- Proven experience in account management, with the ability to establish trust, build rapport, and deepen relationships.
- A successful track record of delivering business growth with existing accounts.
- Substantial commercial experience, ideally within the food industry sector.
- Excellent commercial acumen.
- Exceptional communication, listening, and engagement skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis and MS Excel to create performance reports and identify trends.
- The ability to craft impactful presentations using data-driven insights.
- A passion for sustainability and raising awareness of food waste.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently and efficiently.
- Negotiation skills, able to influence decisions and provide solutions-oriented approaches.
