Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute the Shared Energy Storage Program.
  • Monitor project progress, manage risks, and ensure timely delivery of key milestones.
  • Coordinate multi-disciplinary teams to achieve program objectives.
  • Manage project budgets, schedules, and change control processes.
  • Implement quality control, administrative processes, and continuous improvement strategies.
  • Engage stakeholders, including approval authorities and government representatives.
  • Provide high-level support and strategic advice to senior leadership and government officials.
  • Represent the organization on relevant committees and working groups.

Selection Criteria:
  • Demonstrated experience in strategic project management and delivery.
  • Experience in deployment and/or contracting models of consumer energy resources (CER), specifically residential solar and storage.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to operate in complex political and policy contexts.
  • High-level written and verbal communication skills.
