Customer Service Associate

Our team relies on collaborative efforts to deliver an exceptional customer experience across numerous stores nationwide.
We're looking for Nightfill members who thrive in fast-paced environments and take pride in ensuring shelves are always fully stocked and visually appealing.
As part of this dynamic team, you'll have the opportunity to work evenings and nights, restocking shelves, and being a go-to person for customer queries.
To succeed in this role, you'll need to be enthusiastic, energetic, and proactive, with a strong commitment to delivering great customer experiences.
You should also be comfortable working on your feet for extended periods and be willing to lift and move stock as needed.
In addition to a competitive hourly rate, we offer flexible scheduling, additional leave entitlements, and parental leave support.
