We are seeking a Results-Driven Automotive Marketing Professional to lead and coordinate dealer marketing initiatives, ensuring the successful planning, coordination, and execution of national and regional marketing campaigns. This role is pivotal in driving brand visibility, retail effectiveness, and lead generation across our dealer network.Job Description:As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing retail marketing programs tailored to support the dealer network and drive showroom traffic. You will act as the primary marketing liaison for dealers, providing tools, assets, and guidance for local execution. Additionally, you will monitor dealer marketing compliance and brand alignment across all channels.Key Responsibilities:• Develop and implement retail marketing strategies that drive showroom traffic and sales
• Provide marketing support to dealers, including toolkits and POS assets
• Monitor and report on campaign performance across retail partners
• Lead end-to-end planning, execution, and post-analysis of national and regional campaigns
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure seamless campaign executionRequirements:• Bachelor's degree in Business/Marketing/Communications/Advertising/Media or related field
• 5+ years' experience in marketing, preferably in automotive or dealer-based marketing
• Proven success in executing multi-channel marketing campaigns and working with creative and media agencies
• Strong project management and strategic thinking skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
