About this role

We are seeking customer service professionals to join our Food and Beverage team on a casual basis, working up to 30 hours a week. This role requires a positive attitude, teamwork skills, and a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve, clean, and reset through all service periods as required.
  • Proficient in the professional service of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
  • Consistent delivery of venue products.
  • Good understanding of food and beverage offerings, including menus, food service systems, and till operations.
  • Communicate and liaise with team members.
  • Efficient knowledge of point-of-sale operating system (on-the-job training provided).
  • Maintain and clean all work areas.
  • Adhere to all policies and procedures as directed by management.
  • Follow Safe Work Procedures for all hotel areas.
  • Ensure personal compliance with Responsible Service of Alcohol.

Requirements:

  • Proficient English language skills.
  • Eager to learn, grow, and develop.
  • Competent and trustworthy cash-handling skills.
  • Responsible Service of Alcohol (18+).

Work Details:

  • Available for immediate start at Bentleys Hotel.
  • Working evenings and weekends is part of the job in a rewarding industry like hospitality.
  • Employees are paid in accordance with the Hospitality Industry (General) Award 2020 and the Fair Work Act 2009.
