As a Customer Service Attendant, you will be the first point of contact for our members and guests.
Provide excellent customer service by ensuring every interaction is positive and memorable.
- Ensure a friendly atmosphere at all times;
- Bar service and glass collection;
- Replenish food and beverage products effectively;
- Offer exceptional café services, including barista and drink service, and food preparation;
- Deliver outstanding gaming experiences, including service, cash handling, and support for TAB and Keno;
- Assist with functions and events as needed;
- Cash handling and use of cash registers;
- Maintain a clean environment.
- A minimum 1-year experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry;
- Superb communication and customer service skills;
- A strong work ethic and ability to work in a team environment as well as independently;
- A high standard of personal grooming;
- Ability to work under pressure and problem solve efficiently;
- Capability to work proactively and initiate tasks;
- Hold RSA/R CG and TAB Corp basics Certificates;
- A history of accurate and efficient cash handling is essential;
- Basic computer skills would be advantageous.
You will thrive in a fast-paced team environment and enjoy a range of duties working within The Kove, The Tapp or our Gaming floor.
