Midwifery Professional

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Registered Midwife to provide high-quality midwifery care in an acute hospital setting.
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering safe, efficient, and effective midwifery services reflecting current standards of midwifery practices and policies.
Key Responsibilities and Requirements- Practice and promote high-quality midwifery care through exceptional clinical problem-solving skills and effective communication with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
- Plan and coordinate midwifery care within a multidisciplinary team environment, prioritizing patient-centered care and improving outcomes.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless delivery of midwifery services, including participation in a seven-day rotating roster, public holidays, and night duty.
- Current registration as a Registered Midwife with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia.
- Relevant midwifery experience and skills in an acute hospital setting, with a focus on continuous professional development.
- Effective clinical communication and interpersonal skills, enabling strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team environment, prioritizing patient needs and achieving shared goals.
