Customer Service Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative.

  • This role involves providing excellent customer service to our members and guests at all times.
  • You will be responsible for bar service, glass collection, and ensuring effective replenishment of food and beverage products.
  • Your duties will also include providing café services, gaming duties, and assisting with functions and events as required.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Minimum 1 year's experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry;
  • Outstanding communication and customer service skills;
  • A strong work ethic and ability to work in a team environment as well as autonomously;
  • High standard of personal grooming;
  • Ability to work under pressure and problem solve;
  • Ability and initiative to work efficiently and pro-actively;
  • RSA/RCG and TAB Corp basics Certificates;
  • A history of accurate and efficient cash handling is essential;
  • Basic computer skills would be advantageous.

You will excel in a multi-skilled team environment and enjoy providing magnificent customer service. You are required to be flexible and reliable as you will need to be available 24/7 to work as required including nights, weekends and public holidays.
