Key Team Leader Position

We are seeking a high-performing Key Team Leader to join our organization. This is a critical leadership role overseeing a team of infrastructure engineers, ensuring operational excellence and effective incident response.

This is an initial 12-month contract with a leading global mining organization. The ideal candidate will have strong commitment to safety, proven leadership experience in frontline teams or service desk functions, and solid knowledge of workstation and server-based technologies.

The successful applicant will be responsible for:

  • Leading and managing a team of infrastructure engineers.
  • Overseeing the timely reporting and resolution of infrastructure outages and service failures.
  • Developing, maintaining, and enhancing internal and support knowledge bases.
  • Fostering an effective customer service culture within the team.
  • Mentoring, coaching, and developing team members.

The key qualifications for this position include:

  • Strong leadership skills.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Solid understanding of IT security principles.
  • Proficiency with network management systems.
