Medical Bookings Specialist - Job Summary

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced call centre professional to join our dynamic team and make a genuine difference in patient care.

We're looking for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional service, has strong communication skills, and can work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

About the Role
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for booking and managing appointments, ensuring patients receive the right care at the right time.
  • They will also provide clear information on arrival times, preparation steps, and costs, making sure patients feel confident and prepared.
  • In addition, they will maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, keeping everything running smoothly.
Requirements
  • Solid experience in busy phone-based service environments (contact centre, medical bookings, customer hub).
  • Knowledge of medical or radiology bookings is highly regarded.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple systems at once.
  • A calm and caring manner, even under pressure.
  • Current Working with Children Check and National Police Clearance (or willingness to obtain).
