As a Clinical Nurse, you will deliver high-quality patient-centred care across various health service settings.
This role offers the chance to develop from competent to proficient practitioner, with accountability for your own practice and supporting the growth of less experienced staff. You will also have the opportunity to take on portfolio responsibilities tailored to your skills and career development.
- Provide case management, support quality and safety initiatives, and contribute to projects that ensure service meets its key performance indicators.
- Work closely with medical, nursing, and allied health staff to deliver coordinated care and improve health outcomes for rural patients.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Developing and implementing effective care plans to meet individual patient needs.
- Providing education and guidance to students and less experienced staff.
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to achieve shared goals and objectives.
Requirements:
- Registered or eligible for registration as a Nurse with the Nursing Board of Australia.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, solve problems, resolve conflicts, and work collaboratively within a team.
- Proven experience in prioritizing workloads, working independently, and providing leadership and guidance to others.
