Project managers play a vital role in ensuring the successful delivery of complex projects. In this position, you will be responsible for managing relationships and dependencies between power and building infrastructure, contract management, vendor management, internal business units, and relevant authorities.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement project strategies that align with organizational goals
  • Manage budgets and resources effectively to meet project objectives
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and coordination
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that may impact project success
  • Monitor and report on project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders
  • Provide expert advice on building design, acquisition, and property-related matters, including interactions with contract management
  • Have knowledge of property management and town planning for development projects, as well as civil construction experience with a trade certificate or related qualification
  • Experience in Telecommunication Construction is required
  • Proven track record in successful project management, with the ability to effectively oversee large design and delivery programs
Requirements:
  • Essential Skills:
  • Comprehensive knowledge of interplay between power and building infrastructure, contract management, vendor management, internal business units, and relevant authorities
  • Ability to provide expert advice on building design, acquisition, and property-related matters, including interactions with contract management
  • Knowledge of property management and town planning for development projects; experience in civil construction with a trade certificate or related qualification
  • Must have experience in Telecommunication Construction
  • Proven skill in managing multiple, diverse projects from conception through design and ready build
  • Extensive knowledge of commercial contract processes, procedures, and approvals associated with constructing and maintaining buildings
  • Strong negotiation skills at all levels
