Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Fabrication Supervisor to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a workshop with a small team of skilled tradespeople.
  • Collaborate with the Production Administration and Engineering teams to ensure production timelines and deadlines are met.
  • Conduct regular meetings to communicate planning and team direction.
  • Maintain equipment in collaboration with the asset management team.
  • Ensure all items are fabricated correctly and adhere to QA processes.
  • Prepare job packs for the fabrication department.
  • Mentor, train, and supervise production staff.

Requirements:

  • High attention to detail and a process-driven mindset.
  • Ability to read technical drawings.
  • Valid driver's license and forklift certification.
  • Relevant qualification in metal fabrication or boiler making.
  • Commitment to safe work practices and a positive attitude towards development opportunities.

Working Conditions:

  • 8-hour shift schedule.
  • Wingfield, SA: Relocation required.
  • Australia: Preferred work authorization.
