Job Overview
As a Cyber Security Consultant, you will provide expert guidance and support to the Cyber Security Delivery Lead.
In this role, you will collaborate with a team of technical, commercial, and service delivery professionals under the supervision of the Cyber Security Delivery Lead.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with a variety of stakeholders to identify and articulate Cyber Security needs for integration into market strategies.
- Create comprehensive documentation detailing both current and future state requirements, along with any other necessary materials.
- Assist the Cyber Security Bundle Lead, Sourcing Lead, Program Manager, and Program Office in achieving their objectives.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven expertise in ICT and Cyber Security technologies and best practices, with a minimum of 3 years' experience in a comparable position within a medium to large organization.
- Relevant certifications or memberships in professional organizations, including but not limited to CISSP, Security+, CISA, CISM, SABSA, GIAC, and SANs.
- Experience in executing Government ICT outsourcing projects, including requirements development, tender assessment, contract negotiation, and service deployment.
- Background in implementing Cyber Security services within extensive ICT delivery frameworks, particularly in Government settings.
- Strong skills in stakeholder engagement and change management to ensure seamless transitions and minimal disruption.
- Ability to clearly communicate requirements, expectations, and outcomes is crucial.
- Capable of presenting information and managing expectations amidst competing priorities and workloads.
- Proficient in working under pressure with meticulous attention to detail, including planning, coordinating, and monitoring various activities within established timelines.
Role Specifics:
Security clearance: Active NV1 clearance is mandatory.
Working arrangements: This position requires a hybrid work model, with the expectation of on-site presence for a minimum of three days per week.
