About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Cyber Security Consultant to join our team at Green Light. As a Cyber Pre-Sales Consultant, you will be an integral part of our client's sales team, providing expert knowledge and technical support throughout the pre-sales process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with the sales team to identify and qualify new business opportunities.
  • Offer technical guidance on cyber security products and services.
  • Create and deliver customized presentations and demonstrations for clients.
  • Assist in crafting proposals and responding to RFPs/RFIs.
  • Engage with clients to assess their security landscape, challenges, and needs.
  • Convert client requirements into effective cyber security solutions.
  • Stay informed about trends in the cyber security industry and the competitive landscape.
  • Support the sales team by providing technical insights for developing opportunities.
  • Occasionally collaborate with the sales team to define engagement scopes and effort levels needed to meet customer requirements.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in cyber security or a related field.
  • At least 10 years of professional experience in cyber security.
  • Deep understanding of cyber security standards and best practices.
  • Proven track record in pre-sales and/or consulting within cyber security.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team setting.
  • Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
  • Experience with complex sales processes and multi-product solutions.
  • Solid knowledge of cyber security, including familiarity with in-depth strategies.
  • Thorough understanding of national and international cyber security standards and regulations, with the ability to translate complex requirements into practical solutions to address evolving threats.
  • Experience with Value-Selling Methodology.
Qualifications
  • Relevant cyber security certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CEH).
  • Experience with Value-Selling Methodology.

Only Australian Citizen with AGSVA NV1 Clearance can be considered to this role.
