Job Title: Services Leader

About the Role
  • We are seeking a seasoned leader to oversee our team of Service and Program Coordinators, fostering a positive work environment and driving organisational growth.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and excellent communication abilities. They will be responsible for ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, managing budgets, and promoting the organisation within the community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide visionary leadership, supporting the development of operational plans and strategies to drive organisational success.
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory standards, including the New Aged Care Act and Support at Home standards.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with funding managers, overseeing reporting and acquittals.
  • Deliver high-quality services through effective strategic planning and implementation.
  • Promote the organisation across the region, strengthening community partnerships and collaborations.
Requirements
  • Demonstrated leadership experience in the community or aged care sector.
  • Strong knowledge of compliance and funding requirements within aged care services or similar.
  • Proven ability in strategic and financial management.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with stakeholders, staff, and community partners.
