- Collaborate with Account Managers to prepare quotes, manage documentation, and coordinate internal efforts to meet customer needs.
- Maintain accurate records, update customer information, and ensure efficient processing of all documentation.
- Address customer concerns, troubleshoot issues, and work closely with internal departments to find effective solutions.
- Contribute to process improvements, share insights, and foster a positive work environment within the Customer Services team.
- Proven experience in customer service is essential.
- Strong administrative skills, including impeccable phone manner and excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to demonstrate attention to detail and maintain a process-driven approach.
- Capacity to work under pressure and multitask effectively.
- Demonstrated high level of initiative and self-motivation.
