Customer Service Opportunity

Job Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries, processing orders accurately, and delivering timely updates on order status.
  • Collaborate with Account Managers to prepare quotes, manage documentation, and coordinate internal efforts to meet customer needs.
  • Maintain accurate records, update customer information, and ensure efficient processing of all documentation.
  • Address customer concerns, troubleshoot issues, and work closely with internal departments to find effective solutions.
  • Contribute to process improvements, share insights, and foster a positive work environment within the Customer Services team.
Key Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in customer service is essential.
  • Strong administrative skills, including impeccable phone manner and excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Ability to demonstrate attention to detail and maintain a process-driven approach.
  • Capacity to work under pressure and multitask effectively.
  • Demonstrated high level of initiative and self-motivation.
