Job Opportunity: Logistics Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced logistics professional to provide timely and cost-effective solutions for our Drilling Products Customers, Regional Branches, and Drilling Services Division.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Domestic logistic bookings and coordination
  • Obtaining Freight-related Quotations
  • Freight bookings including end-to-end delivery tracking
  • Ccoordinate with customers for order prioritization and management of transportation
  • Provide high-level service to drilling customers, branches, and maintain close working relationships with stakeholders
  • Data entry and reporting
  • Support the International Freight desk team

Requirements:

  • Industry knowledge of the Australian Logistics Network
  • Intermediate level of Excel required for Data Entry and record management
  • Specialist knowledge of IT systems such as ERP software
  • Experience in the Transport, Storage, and Handling of Dangerous Goods (Desirable)
  • Qualification in Warehousing and Logistics (Desirable)
  • Bachelor of Business (Supply Chain & Logistics) (Desirable)
  • Data Entry and Record Management experience
  • A strong desire to succeed with demonstrated commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork
  • Ability to work permanently in Australia
