Our Opportunity

We are seeking a talented Project Coordinator to join our Mining team to deliver a pipeline of electrical projects including transportable substations and conveyor systems.

Your duties will include:

  • Planning and coordination with subcontractors and production teams for the design and construction of electrical projects.
  • Monitoring and controlling resources and works, ensuring it aligns with relevant resource schedules.
  • Proactively identifying and resolving material flow issues with the production team.
  • Liaising with engineers and production team leaders to resolve technical issues.
  • Monitoring budgets and creating and sharing reports with all relevant stakeholders.

The Right Person

You should have:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Engineering, Project Management or Electrical/Mechanical Trade Qualifications.
  • Previous experience in an electrical manufacturing environment.
  • Proven experience in a position that requires a consultative approach and stakeholder management.
  • A proactive mindset with a passion for continuous improvement and problem solving.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to get things done.
