This fast-paced position involves managing a large team to execute phenomenal service in Brisbane's largest conferencing operation.

Key responsibilities:

  • We are looking for a skilled leader who can mentor and train a team of food and beverage ambassadors in banquet operations.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising and delegating duties while ensuring brand standards are met.
  • Evaluate client expectations and deliver a service that exudes luxury and aligns with Sofitel brand standards.
  • Collaborate with other hotel departments to strategize on new product and service offerings.

Qualifications:

  • Previous 2 years + leadership experience in supervising or managing a large operational team in a 5 star hotel environment.
