Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in supporting the integration and utilization of our robotic surgical systems in a clinical setting.

The Clinical Specialist will collaborate closely with surgeons, clinical staff, and internal teams to support the integration, training, and ongoing utilization of our technology in surgical environments.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in robotics and urology surgery, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and be able to work independently and in cross-functional teams.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in nursing, Allied Health, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus.
  • Previous experience with robotic surgical systems is highly desirable.
  • Ability to travel and work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in a healthcare or operating room environment.
