The Commercial Sales team in Queensland requires administrative support to ensure seamless operations. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing high-level administrative support to the Director and Commercial Sales Agents;
- Coding supplier invoices and managing Sale & Marketing fees;
- Ensuring accurate CRM data entry and campaign budget allocations;
- Creating and updating online listings on company and external websites;
- Preparing marketing collateral and coordinating third-party suppliers;
- Gathering information for report preparation and campaign updates;
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders regarding sale deposits and settlement confirmations;
- Maintaining Revenue Forecast reporting and Debtor Management;
- Performing other tasks such as file management and travel bookings.
To succeed in this role, you will require:
- Previous experience in Administration or Team Support roles;
- Real Estate experience is preferable but not essential;
- Experience with POs, invoicing, and basic reconciliations preferred;
- Excellent time management and organizational skills;
- Exceptional attention to detail;
- Strong written and verbal communication skills;
- Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks accordingly.
