Job Title

Manage a team of lawyers and ensure deadlines are met while maintaining client relationships. The ideal candidate will have leadership skills, people management, and ability to deliver high-level client service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Running own legal files
  • Supervising team members running files and ensuring deadlines are met
  • Developing and mentoring lawyers of varying levels of experience
  • Team management of both lawyers and office support team members
  • Focusing on building the practice
  • Helping to oversee the financial performance of the business
  • Day to day office management

Requirements:

  • 5+ years' experience in legal practice area
  • Leadership and people management skills
  • Demonstrated capacity in executing business development
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with experience providing high level client service
