Practice Director Job Summary

The Practice Director will be responsible for overseeing and managing the daily operations of our dental practice. This critical role requires initiative and sound judgement, with the ability to coordinate both clinical and administrative teams effectively.

The Practice Director will work closely with our dentists to ensure all necessary resources, systems, processes and procedures are in place for the optimal running of the practice, while maintaining the highest standards of patient care and customer service.

This key position includes managing rosters, budgets and staffing, as well as providing exceptional patient and customer care.

The Practice Director will also have the opportunity to drive new patient numbers and practice growth through various marketing strategies via social media.

Requirements
  • Enthusiastic self starter with a can-do attitude
  • Experience working in a dental practice as a Practice Manager
  • Sound understanding of dental item numbers and costs associated with them
  • Strong people management skills with the ability to lead and inspire the team at all times to increase productivity and performance
