About This Role:

This is an exciting chance to join a supportive management team and contribute to the growth and development of young minds. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to inspire educators, embody 'researcher as learner,' and support teams in learning from mistakes.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • To lead and manage a team of educators, fostering a collaborative environment that promotes quality education and care.
  • To develop and implement educational programs that align with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standard (NQS).
  • To maintain high standards of teaching and learning, ensuring that all children receive the best possible outcomes.
  • To collaborate with colleagues to achieve shared goals and values.

What We Are Looking For:

  • A Diploma of Early Childhood Education or equivalent qualification.
  • Previous experience as a room leader/educational leader in a childcare setting.
  • Demonstrated strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to maintain a professional manner in the workplace.
  • A strong understanding of the EYLF and NQS, with the ability to apply this knowledge in practice.
  • Passion for a healthy lifestyle and good nutrition for children.
