About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Specialist to join our team at Churchill Institute of Higher Education. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing effective marketing strategies to enhance the institution's visibility and reputation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans to promote our programs and attract prospective students.
  • Analyze and evaluate current and future trends in the market, including international student insights.
  • Manage the marketing budget to allocate resources effectively and advise on the creation of marketing materials.
  • Develop and manage marketing campaigns for courses, workshops, and training programs.
  • Perform qualitative and quantitative market research to inform strategies and provide insights to management on market conditions.
  • Establish strong partnerships with student recruitment agents and ensure all marketing efforts adhere to relevant industry regulations.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of work experience in marketing, preferably in the education sector.
  • Australian experience is preferred.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to work in a collaborative environment.
