The Position

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Sales Cadet to join our team. As a Sales Cadet, you will work closely with our seasoned Sales/Business Development Manager to learn the fundamentals of sales and business development. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting our Sales teams in managing client accounts and providing exceptional customer service.
  • Preparing quotations for Account Managers and Business Development Managers.
  • Creating and recording order forms and completing orders in a timely manner.
  • Generating quotes for new and existing customers and ensuring timely communication.
  • Assisting in regular stock check telephone calls as requested by the sales team.
  • Preparing samples and marketing materials for new and existing clients as required.
  • Coordinating appointments and meetings with clients.
  • Creating new records and updating customer details in our CRM system.

  • Excellent attention to detail and strong administrative skills.
  • A desire to learn and grow within the company.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong customer service orientation and ability to adapt to changing situations.
  • Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM systems.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Product knowledge and understanding of the features and benefits of our products.
