Resident Liaison

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Resident Liaison to join our team at Minda. As the first point of contact for residents, visitors, and contractors, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service and ensuring a warm and welcoming experience for everyone who enters our community.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide timely, responsive, and high-quality services to residents, visitors, and contractors
- Assist and direct suppliers and contractors who come to reception
- Coordinate the collation and distribution of communication materials to residents
- Undertake word processing, data entry, and core administrative tasks to support the Brighton Dunes Manager
- Ensure policies and procedures are up to date
- Support the manager in maintaining accreditation
- Complete filing and archiving for Management and maintain resident files
- Act in a professional manner at all times to provide a prompt, courteous, responsive, and flexible service
- Cert III in Business or equivalent relevant experience
- Residential/Retirement Village, Events, Hospitality, or Accommodation service role experience
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office suite of programs, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- High level of computer literacy, including Sharepoint, CMS, establishing e-forms, and maintaining social media and websites
- Proven ability to recognise and discreetly deal with confidential matters, demonstrating integrity of the highest order
- Ability to prioritise work and manage competing demands and deadlines
- Sound knowledge of administrative processes and procedures
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work well in a team
- Competency in numeracy and literacy
- Strong problem-solving capability
