About Us

We are seeking an experienced ward clerk to join our team in a Day Oncology Unit. This is a new role created to respond to the demands of an expanding service and support the operational team.

The ward clerk will be the first point of contact for patients, visitors, staff, and other hospital personnel. They must promote excellent customer service and have strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Patient registrations, admissions, and discharges within the day oncology unit
  • General clerical support to the department as directed by nursing and medical staff

This is a Monday - Thursday role with no shift work or weekend work, providing a highly desired work-life balance.
