Role Summary

This position offers a comprehensive clinical and research-based experience as a Medical Oncology Fellow. The successful candidate will be actively involved in clinical trials, participate in multidisciplinary healthcare teams, and have opportunities for professional development through attendance at national and international oncology meetings and conferences.

Job Description
  • This is a twelve-month fixed-term full-time position providing comprehensive clinical and research training under the supervision of a collegial consultant team.
  • The role involves participation in oncology clinics four days per week, including outreach clinics to Horsham or Stawell.

The Fellow will also participate in breast, upper gastrointestinal, colorectal, urological, thoracic, neuro-oncology, head and neck, gynaecological, skin cancer and inpatient multidisciplinary team meetings.

Skills & Qualifications

Candidates should possess appropriate qualifications and postgraduate experience in oncology, along with a demonstrated commitment to oncology patient care and research activities.
