Key Roles and Responsibilities

We are seeking an exceptional Retail Sales Assistant to join our dynamic team at a leading retail store. As a key member of our sales floor, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer experiences and showcasing our premium products.

Job Description:

  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a memorable shopping experience by being approachable, friendly, and knowledgeable about our products.

  • Work collaboratively with your team to achieve sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) by sharing knowledge, skills, and best practices.

  • Process large volumes of stock, including picking, packing, and dispatching orders in a timely and efficient manner.

  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including housekeeping, visual merchandising, and cleaning tasks that promote a positive customer experience.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • A positive and proactive attitude, with a passion for streetwear and sneaker culture.

  • Previous retail experience is preferred but not essential, as we provide comprehensive training to help you succeed in your role.

  • Availability from October 2024 to Mid-January 2025, including weekends, late nights, and public holidays.

  • A commitment to providing exceptional customer service and creating an unforgettable shopping experience.
