Job Title: Data Center Engineering Operations Trainee

About the Role

The Data Center Engineering Operations team is the backbone of our business, supporting its growth and customer needs 24/7. We maintain the physical infrastructure, ensuring safety, security, availability, productivity, capacity, efficiency, and cost standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage contractors, sub-contractors, and vendors to ensure compliance with practices, procedures, and legislation.
  • Analyze data and prepare reports on infrastructure operations and maintenance performance benchmarks.
  • Create Change Management requests and Incident Management tickets as directed.
  • Contribute to documentation related to business and facility operations.

We are seeking individuals with little to no experience who possess technical understanding (electrical/mechanical) and have the drive and passion to learn data center engineering operations. The role focuses on sustaining availability, cost management, risk assessment, mitigation, and reviewing maintenance of critical infrastructure and metric reporting.
