Job Title: Data Center Operations Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Center Operations Technician to join our team. This role will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of data center infrastructure, including servers, storage systems, and networking equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Install, maintain, and repair data center infrastructure, including servers, storage systems, and networking equipment.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and perform root cause analysis to identify and resolve problems.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of work performed, including maintenance schedules, inventory management, and technical notes.
  • Collaborate with other teams, including engineering, operations, and support, to ensure seamless delivery of services.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in data center operations, server hardware, and UNIX/Linux operating systems.
  • Bachelor's degree in an IT-related field or equivalent professional or military experience.
  • Familiarity with industry-standard tools and technologies, including virtualization platforms and cloud-based solutions.
